Feedback

From August to September, each valid application will undergo Peer-to-Peer Review and receive scores and comments from five fellow applicants within the same solution category. Top-scoring applications will then move forward to Evaluation Panel review from September to October and will receive an additional set of scores and comments from five judges assigned to the applicant’s selected solution category.

All scores are normalized to ensure fairness.

Finalists Selection

Informed by Evaluation Panel results, our team will review top-scoring submissions and may request additional information to select up to five Finalists in November. Finalists will each receive a $40,000 technical assistance grant and work with an expert team for three months to strengthen their proposals for an opportunity to win the $10 million grant in May 2021.
